How do I submit my order

Once you have selected your desired products, and inserted your payment method, you can click 'Buy' and your order will process through. You will then recieve a brief email confirming your order and tracking ID.

Are these candles edible?

No! As tasty as they smell, our candles are NOT edible. Please refrain from ingesting as it can be very dangerous. If ingested, please contact emergeny services immediately.

Why can't I insert a payment method?

Because this is a project based website, payments will not go through when buying products.

How do I cancle my order?

With the email that is sent out with your confirmation code, you will recieve a button to cancle your order. Please cancle within 48 hours of your purchase.

Are Candle Box Co. Products tested on animals or do they contain animal derived ingredients?

None of our products have been, nor will they ever be tested on animals. All of our ingredients are 100% natural and vegan. So you are only getting the best when it comes to our candles!

Do you have a Bricks and Mortar store?

Currently, we are only seeing via eCommerce. But we are working on opening up a physical store in the 2023 new year!

What makes an all-natural soy wax candle different?

While paraffin wax is refined from crude oil, soy wax is made from soybeans- a completely renewable resource grown in the US. Compared to paraffin, soy wax burns cleaner with no petrol-carbon soot. Soy wax also burns slower than paraffin, so soy wax candles also last longer.
