SHIPPING POLICY

We try to make sure our shipping is as efficient as possible, but due to circumstances out of our control, your product may become slightly delayed. Items will begin their shipment on any of our business days and should arrive to your location within 4 days for those who are in province. If your product has not arrived after 7 days, please contact us with your tracking ID which is located in your verification email. Here at Candle Box Co., we don't think that you should have to pay extra for the things you love, so we provide free shipping to customers in BC, Canada.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You can buy ecommerce at Candle Box Co. rest assured that if you are dissatisfied with your product, or you have changed your mind before using it, we will refund you 100% for store credit, or straight to your purchasing device. No questions asked. 

If you receive a product and it is not in good condition, please do not hesitate to contact us at our email listed below, with a photo of the condition and we will be able to reimburse.
